June 11th, 2021-mistakes and forgiveness – Genesis 26. Isaac did the same thing as Abe with another king/Abimilech and called his hot wife, his sister. Isaac avoided fighting despite being prosperous and having a host of servants which equated to having a small army. He can be paralleled with having a company for the modern time. When he was approached by Abimelech, he didn’t gripe or point out the past, he feasted with them and showed God’s forgiving attitude. Isaac had no Bible as we do and still he showed the fruit of the Spirit of God because when Holy Ghost is upon a person and the person submits himself to God, the fruit will
show itself.
